The last week-end of November was a very important one for the development
of the gay emancipation in Sweden. The northern town of Örnsköldsvik
was considered as the least gay-friendly one in Sweden two years in
a row, according to the internet sites Sylvester and Sylvia. This summer,
while performing at the Stockholm Pride, Anna-Greta and Vulgaria met
Tiger Forsgren, a citizen of Örnsköldsvik. We discussed our
autumn-tour and when we found out that Tiger was from Örnsköldsvik,
we were certain that something had to be done. The simple idea of DRAG-ON-LINE
vistiting the town with their show was successively enhanced, to finally
becoming a complex Mini-Pride called "Homophobia" in Örnsköldsvik.
The date was set to the 29:th of November.
It was a busy day for DRAG-ON-LINE, but yet very interesting and we
had a lot of good time. We joined the seminar held by RFSL by noon,
we gave an exclusive radio interview for the Swedish Radio Broadcasting,
appeared at the prime time news on Swedish Television and at the press
conference held at Arken.
But first in the evening the party time started. This time we performed
twice with our tour show "Heels On Wheels" and our dancers
Ville and Tommi. First at Musikhuset, at the special party held for
the youngsters called UNG@Homophobia, and later at the nightclub Platinom,
where the actual Homophobia Grand Party was held. Our shows were highly
appreciated and the spectators screamed throughout the whole length
of the show... It was a real pleasure performing at Homophobia along
with the gay-rappers Maa-Sen and vGurra in Backroom Matches. Afterwards
we mingled at Platinom together with Annie Dowie and Carl-Peter "Mrs.Green"
Licorish known from the docusoap Baren on TV3. Congratulations Tiger
to the big success that Homophobia came to be! See you soon, as Homophobia
re-appears next year!

On the 20:th of November, Gothenburg saw a new contribution to its nightlife
scene. A brand new club opened its gates at the classy Deep Nightclub
on Avenyn in the centre of the city. The guys behind the club were DRAG-ON-LINE
and the club veteran Patrik Flodin. The name of the club is "High
Heels" and it's a queer club dedicated to the Disco. On the premiere
Anna-Greta and Vulgaria acted Disco-Goddesses and served champagne,
oysters and chocolate. The club re-opened on the 27:th of November and
from now on will be open every Wednesday, constituting the only gay
resort in Gothenburg open during the week-days. Anna-Greta and Vulgaria
promise you a lot of surprises in the coming future.

The parties at Cockpit this month were held on the 9, 16, 23 and 30 of
November. As usual, Anna-Greta and Vulgaria appeared in conspicuous outfits
suitable to the evening's theme: French can-can girls, tough army dikes
and glamourous ladies were on the agenda... But perhaps the most spectacular
and crazy night was when Vulgaria appeared as a pornographic demonic mother
and was breast-feeding Anna-Greta, acting as a mischiveous inquiring daughter
child. The last scheduled party on the 30:th, was changed from "Winter
Coat" to "Army".

Back in Gothenburg, our first appearance was at Valand Nightclub on
the 6:th of November. Invited on behalf of Mikael Samuelsson, Anna-Greta
and Vulgaria mingled on the re-launch of the New York-inspired club
- "Twilo".

>>The day after, on the 2:nd of November, Anna-Greta and
Vulgaria continued to the little cosy and renouned town of Orsa. Performing
at the "victorian" Orsa Hotell with our duo show "An
Evening With Anna-Greta & Vulgaria" was a nice experience,
as it was the smallest town we ever performed in. The show was very
popular, yet afterwards we decided to go back to Mora and party all
night long at Jérnet, as it served night-life more suitable our
preferances. Thanks to Susanne Kans and her husband for such nice welcoming!
This was our 4:th and last show in Dalarna this autumn.

>>The Dalarna tour went on to Mora, a minor town by the
lake of Siljan, especially known for the famous Vasaloppet. DRAG-ON-LINE
performed on the 1:st of November at Jérnet Nightclub with our
skilled dancers Ville and Tommi. Again, the tour show "Heels On
Wheels" was presented in its original form. Mora proved to be a
wonderful party town with no prejudice what so ever. The show was very
warmly accepted and the party afterwards lasted till the morning hours.
Thanks to Ulrika, Erik Louko and the company. And many thanks to Ulla
Lund for providing such pleasant accomodation at "The Annex".
Love you!

The month of November starts off with the spooky "Dala Halloween"
show in Mora (at Jernet) and Falun (1:st and 2:nd). It is followed by
performances in the middle-belt of Sweden, namely in Söderhamn
and Ånge (8:th and 9:th) and ends in Örnsköldsvik with
performance at the controversial gay party "Homophobia" (29:th).
Scheduled, but still preliminary shows are to take place in Växjö
and Kalmar (15:th and 16:th). Scheduled appearances at our regular night
club in Gothenburg are on the 23:rd and 30:th of November, the latter
called "Winter Coat" (as due to the sinking temperatures,
perhaps it's time to dig out your fur for the first time). A special
choreography assignment for Ranenzo occurs on the 22:nd this month.
